**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical care to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical environment.
**Duties:**
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management
- Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation
- Assist in surgical procedures and post-operative care as needed
**Skills:**
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks and Cerner electronic health records systems
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding standards
- Experience in critical care, ICU, trauma medicine, and neonatal ventilator care
- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques in medical procedures
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with dermal fillers for cosmetic procedures
- Understanding of workers' compensation laws related to healthcare practices
