Requirements -
- Ideally 2-3 years inpatient/Acute Med-Surg with Oncology (Chemo/Bio/Immunotherapy) and general infusion experience. Must have recent Chemotherapy administration experience.
- BLS, ACLS - required
- ONS Chemo Certification (current ONS chemo immunotherapy administration competency card) - required
