The Role
We are looking for an entry-level Accounting Assistant. This position acts as the client’s primary point of contact for billing-related inquiries. They will be responsible for invoicing clients based on the contract terms, conducting account research and analysis, and maintaining current and accurate aging reports by performing timely collection efforts.
The ideal candidate does not have to have experience in our industry because we will train! We want someone who is eager to learn and wants to start a career in accounting. This is position is ideal for a recent grad with an Accounting degree!
Shift Hours: We are flexible with start times ranging from 7-9:00am PST. It will be an 8-hour shift with a 30-minute lunch. The position is an entirely remote position.

Qualifications:
- QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
