Under direct supervision of the Finance Director, the Pricing Analyst will become InfoSend’s go-to person for evaluating existing client contracts and proposing updates to InfoSend pricing. This role will acquire in-depth knowledge of InfoSend’s fee structure across our suite of services, and of InfoSend’s standard and custom client contracts, which span government, utility, healthcare, insurance, and other industries. The Pricing Analyst will utilize this knowledge to take point on reviewing existing client contracts to identify contracting milestones (end of first year, end of initial term, opportunities for renewals), evaluate and calculate proposed price increases in accordance with CPI or other determined thresholds, and communicate increases to clients following management approval.
The Pricing Analyst must be highly organized, attentive to detail, driven, a strong communicator, and able to work with multiple departments within the organization and external clients alike, in a professional manner. This role will provide long-term opportunity for growth for the right candidate as part of a rapidly growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that pricing for existing clients is evaluated and updated on an ongoing basis to maximize company profitability
- Audit existing client pricing and propose updated pricing based on CPI or other determined thresholds for management approval (requires manual data collection/data entry and analysis)
- Generate and circulate contract calendars (track contract start/renewal/end dates; track time period when price changes are allowed)
- Ensure that reviewed contract documentation is properly filed
- Communicate finalized pricing updates to clients via email, letter, and/or phone as needed
- Escalate pricing disputes to Finance Director as needed
- Track scheduled price changes and ensure that Accounts Receivable team implements changes on-time
- Communicate with intracompany team members on pricing analysis, including Accounts Receivable/Finance, Sales, Client Services and Executive Management
- Participate in the company’s migration to a new ERP system in the near future
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis
- Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience required in Accounting or Contract Administration
- Experience in pricing analysis preferred
- Experience in contract review and analysis preferred
- Extreme attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work with large data sets
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with emphasis on Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels in the organization
- Experience interfacing with clients via phone and email required
- Ability to effectively perform under a heavy-volume, time-constraints environment

The Pricing Analyst will work out of InfoSend’s Anaheim HQ. Hybrid working arrangements may be considered.
