Qualification
- Expereince in advisory /implementation experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in defining B2B and B2C digital strategies and integrated solutions for eCommerce, digital marketing, promotions, CRM, and commerce analytics.
- Hands-on experience with leading platforms in digital experience management & commerce (e.g. SAP CX, Magento, Commerce Tools, Shopify, BigCommerce).
- Excellent track record as a Product Owner and Scrum Master.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current and emerging eCommerce trends & technologies across the industries and develop client specific PoVs.
- Participate in proactive and reactive proposals and drive eCommerce practice growth.
- Develop strategies, operating models, portfolio, and brand management, and improve client’s channel strategies.
- Champion customer-centric approach and define frictionless customer experience, platform vision, and capabilities to drive growth.
- Analyze complex ideas, data, insights, and propose meaningful recommendations.
- Client stakeholder management with excellent communication skills, strong analytical mindset.
- Lead the team in helping to solve complex business problems from strategy to execution.
- Deliver large scale programs with global teams in agile environment (SAFe).
- Eager to develop new skills. Coach/mentor teams to develop personally and professionally.
