DevOps Lead

Infosys is seeking a DevOps Engineer - In the role of DevOps Engineer, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in application configuration and environment management. This position is in Bellevue WA. Candidate can be located within commuting distance of the location or work remotely from any location within the US. This position may require relocation and or travel to project locations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• U.S. citizens and those lawfully authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Infosys will not sponsor at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of Telecom industry experience
• Experience and good understanding of IT SDLC lifecycle phases.
• Experience in DevOps, Java, Angular
• Thorough understanding of AGILE principles and practices
• Strong business process/system analytical skills
• Creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated client facing skills, Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with technical and functional staff
• Experience in software development life cycle.
• Experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Experience in Design & Review.
• Experience in leading small teams
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
