As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Warren, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada
- 4 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering activities
- Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications :
- At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design
- At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
- At least 4 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering activities
- Expertise in developing Workload Patterns, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them. Effort Estimations, Team and Stakeholder Management
- Knowledge of Performance trouble shooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred.
- Tools Knowledge: JMeter, Load Runner, PC/ALM, monitoring tools (Dynatrace/ AppDynamics/ Splunk) & MS Office
- Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners (network, database, appdev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.) is a plus
- Nice to have Automation testing experience using Selenium
- Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
- Should have Strong leadership skills
- Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology, micro services, AngularJS etc.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholders, global delivery environment
