Location: Haslet, TX
Responsibilities:
- Regional distribution center inventory reporting, and execution of inventory balancing and transfer transactions in the ERP system, as well as business operations support activities to conduct material transfer requests, as per Verizon inventory guidelines/norms
- Execution of Material Request orders to ship inventory from the regional distribution center to Forward Stocking locations or direct customers based on demand
- Field inventory reporting, inventory reporting and execution of transfers in the ERP system, as well as business operations support activities to conduct material transfer request
- Execution of inventory allocation and prioritization management transactions at distribution centers and field activities, as per Verizon inventory guidelines/norms
- Customer and stakeholder support to project manage inventory stocking and sales process pain points, inventory stock outs, and other questions about inventory visibility
- ERP Systems Backoffice activities to support operational supply chain function
- Support periodic requests that could require on hands help at the DC local to the employee
- Participate in governance functions at the warehouse on inventory
- Reconcile inventory inaccuracies
- Create working instructions, quick reference guides and training documentation
- Troubleshoot system inventory transactions and movements
- Use tools such as phone, email, and messaging to communicate with customers
Qualifications:
Basic
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the Job description
- Team player - engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working with others
- Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
- Strong computing skills (MS Excel & MS Word) & confidence in managing multiple systems
- SLA (Service Level Agreement) understanding
- Ticket management with regular note keeping skills
- Keen attention to details and accuracy
- Adaptability - Able to change to fit in new and different business situations and work assignments.
- Perform well under pressure to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail & prioritization skills
- Focus on continuous improvements, ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve
