Infosys is seeking Senior Archer Consultant with experience in financial risk domain and have development and configuration background in Archer.
Role Designation – Senior Archer Consultant
The role will need a Senior Consultant with a strong background of financial risk and compliance. This position’s primary responsibility will be to help clients with strategy definition, value realization, implementation, and operations. The role holder will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 8 Years’ experience in the development, maintenance, testing, and support of RSA Archer GRC applications.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of NYC/NJ, Charlotte or Atlanta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Preferred Experiences:
• Minimum 7 years of experience as Archer Developer
• An understanding of all core components of Archer development such as: Access Management (i.e., Role/Groups/Record Permissions), Forms/sub forms/questionnaires, Fields/Layouts, Data Driven Events, Advanced Workflow, Data Feeds, APIs, Notifications, Calculated Fields, Cross reference, Mail Merge, Data Imports, Dashboards, Reports, Value Lists etc .
• Experience in developing ODAs and customization of core solutions.
• Create and demonstrate Proof of Concepts (POC) and product capabilities to the business groups
• Develop custom solutions, applications, and questionnaires in the RSA Archer/eGRC platform.
• Being responsible for end-to-end configuration of new/existing eGRC applications, managing every aspect of the SDLC (e.g., layout, access controls, workflow, notifications, packaging).
• Support Archer development solutions deployment to test and production environment.
• Experience in creating & implementing packages in various environments, manage schedules.
• Preparation of system documentation, including technical specifications, system design documents (high level and low level), use case, and other operations manuals.
• Providing recommendations and subject matter expertise for the development/architecture of the Archer platform.
• Partnering with vendor support as needed on technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Providing support in troubleshooting production issues when necessary.
• Collaborating with business users and technology partners at all levels
• Partnering with key stakeholders to identify the solutions that meet their needs.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
