Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Albuquerque, NM or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows System Administration, Wintel 2003/2008/2008/2012/2016/2019
- Experience in Installing and managing the 6.0 and 6.7 VMware environment
- Experience in VMware ESXi management (Patching and upgrade)

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 3years of experience in File and Print server administration and MS Cluster administration
- At least 3 years of experience in OS upgrades, performance tuning, problem resolution, storage administration, security administration, capacity planning, policy administration, change management, patch Management disaster recovery, backup planning and systems analysis
- Good Hands-on experience on PowerShell and VB scripting skill
- Good Knowledge on Microsoft Patching process and vulnerability management
- Working experience on Hardware - Dell Blade server and on Dell EMC Open Manager
- Knowledge in managing Virtual Machines in virtual environment (VMware, vSphere)
- Ready to relocate to Albuquerque or work from this location (Mon-Fri)
- Clear understanding of VMware Vsphere Virtualization
- Experience of Exchange server and 0365 troubleshooting
- Understanding of CISCO UCS blade is expected.
- Scripting knowledge is required (Powershell / Batch file)
- Experience of supporting Citrix environment, Understanding of Citrix concepts like Citrix Director, Citrix Storefront and Citrix PVS
- Understanding of SCCM, Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Understanding of vulnerability remediation
- Clear understanding of Windows server infrastructure management and Active Directory
- Understanding of physical server and Dell (iDRAC) and HP (ILO) remote console issue troubleshooting
- Must have exposure to Data center operations if needed to boot up physical machines in case of hardware issues.
- Must have some exposure to management activities in terms of SLA reporting, escalation management.
- Should be excellent in written and verbal communication
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Must be able to work in a 24x7 production support environment
- Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours
- Good Communication and Analytical skills
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Experience with project management
