  • Some of the tools required is all Microsoft products, Power Bi, Databricks and Teams.
  • the candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to follow up with customers and other internal business units regarding claim statuses.
  • Candidate must have the ability to work under pressure, is flexible and able to meet deadlines on time and with accuracy.
  • Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Work setting:

  • In-person

Experience:

  • SAP: 1 year (Required)
  • CRM software: 1 year (Required)
