Responsibilities:
Conduct needs analysis, value stream mapping, current state process mappings, and identify solutions to business challenges
Compile business data using knowledge specific to sales and marketing teams to gain insight into a business organization and current operating structures, and work closely with data scientists to evaluate needs from business
Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key sponsors and stakeholders
Contribute to the development of objectives and plans to realize the value through specific business outcomes as well as product adoption key metrics
Act as a trusted advisor with stakeholders throughout the engagement
