Sr. Business Analyst with Loyalty exp.
Location- Framingham, Boston (Remote)
We are looking for Business Analyst who is fluent in writing, and who has loyalty business requirements-gathering experience. We’d like to fill the role ASAP.
This role is the conduit between the technology team and business stakeholders and business functional areas owners. Key accountabilities: translates the requirements from the business teams and understands its execution from a technology perspective. This role builds relationships and liaises with various stakeholders, internal and external, understanding the impact of any changes to core systems.
Responsibilities:
- Work in collaboration with Business Stakeholders to elicit, understand, analyze, document and communicate business objectives / requirements
- Champion the needs of the business throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring what is delivered meets the original objectives
- Facilitate large and complex workshops, lead discussions and gather inputs from multiple stakeholders and bring them together in a concise and complete manner
- Analyze technical and functional impacts of various approaches to respond to needs and provide recommendations to business stakeholders
- Create and maintain various project documents (e.g. user stories, requirement documents, interface mapping documents, process flow diagrams)
- Support the creation of User Acceptance Testing documentation
- Work with the product managers, project manager and program manager to ensure successful project delivery by proactively managing requirements across project lifecycle
Qualifications (You are….):

- A strong understanding of core retail and loyalty systems, including but not limited to POS/payment systems, supply chain, order management, finance and merchandising applications and operation models
- Ability to distill complex details into concise and clean manner for decision making purposes
- Proven ability to participate multiple projects within a fast pace and ambiguous environment
- Strong understanding of various project life cycle (Waterfall & Agile)
- Strong business acumen, excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc.)
Experience:
- 6-8 years working as a business analyst or technical role within the retail industry with extensive experience on loyalty program projects
- 5 years in large scale technology implementations across an organization
- Strong knowledge of emerging or available retail products and solutions
Education:
- Degree in business, computer science or engineering with relevant work experience
