Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing and developing state-of-the-art EV charging stations. Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:
- Design electrical systems for EV charging stations, including power distribution, circuit protection, and control systems.
- Develop detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout designs for charging stations.
- Select appropriate components and materials to ensure high performance, reliability, and safety of the charging stations.

System Integration:
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and civil engineering teams to integrate electrical components into the overall charging station design.
- Ensure seamless integration of charging stations with existing electrical infrastructure and grid systems.
- Work with utility companies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and standards.

Prototyping and Testing:
- Build and test prototypes of EV charging stations to validate design concepts and performance.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Implement design improvements based on testing results and feedback.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Prepare project documentation, including technical specifications, test reports, and user manuals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the EV or renewable energy industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, EPLAN) for electrical design and layout.
- Strong understanding of power electronics, circuit design, and electrical system integration.
- Experience with simulation and analysis tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink).
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, UL).
- Familiarity with battery management systems, power converters, and energy storage systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Experience with smart grid technology and grid integration of EV charging stations.
