- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other staff to understand project requirements.
- Create and provide written scope of project to clients, offering multiple pricing options for each scope of work.
- Submit and track RFI's in a timely manner.
- Review and analyze existing and proposed processes, staff, and materials to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Partner with Project Manager to ensure a smooth project handoff.
- Assist Project Management with pricing change orders and scoping as needed.
- Engage with Superintendents to coordinate and solve issues.
- Collaborate with Architects/Engineers as needed.
- Communicate scope of work effectively with each trade throughout the project.
- Provide feedback to contractors and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or relevant field.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Extensive knowledge of cost accounting principles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with accounting software, cost software, and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to travel to projects regularly.
