1. Operate and maintain assembly and testing equipment.

3. Package and label assembled products.
4. Load and unload materials into assembly machinery.

7. Record process data and inspection results accurately.
8. Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions.
9. Adhere to safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
10. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize assembly processes.
11. Support Quality Assurance Engineer and QMR in maintaining compliance with quality management systems.
12. High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
13. Previous experience in manufacturing, especially in assembly, packaging, and inspection processes.
14. Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
15. Basic computer skills required for data entry and equipment operation.
16. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
17. An associate's degree in a technical field is preferred.
18. Experience with assembly equipment calibration and maintenance is preferred.
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
20. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
