Job Description:
 We are looking for a Financial Analyst to provide accurate and data-based information on the company’s profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity. You will research and analyze financial information to help the company make well-informed decisions, write reports, and monitor financial movements.

General Duties: 

• Help finance manager prepare consolidated budgets, forecasts, etc., taking into account the company’s goals and financial standing. 
• Assist in tracking and determining financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with budgets/forecasts. 
• Help analyze the financial and operating metrics to assess near-term and long-term trends 
• Help compute revenue in compliance with ASC 606. 
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks. 
• Assist in preparing and improving a routine reporting package for management and lenders. 
• Develop presentations, financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis. 
• Conduct analysis on past, future, and comparative performance.  
• Identify trends, advise company, and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis. 
• Provide financial analysis support to help evaluate growth strategies. 
• Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about our industry. 
• Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function. 
• Ad hoc reporting and other projects as needed. 

Required Education, Certification, Experience and Skill Requirements: 

• 3-5 years working experience as a financial analyst. 
• Proficient in excel spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications. 
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis. 
• BS degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. 
• Healthcare industry or Pharmacy experience REQUIRED.
