The Infuse portfolio of brands includes its first brick and mortar concept, Fairgrounds Coffee & Tea, a one-of-a-kind cafe offering a variety of specialty coffee roasters and craft teas under one roof, with locations in Chicago, Dallas, Milwaukee and Minneapolis.
The Concept: A free standing espresso stand located in the Bell Works office park in Hoffman Estates open Monday - Friday, 8am - 3pm. An expanded Fairgrounds Coffee and Tea is currently being built in the space and this role will transition into a barista lead position once completed.

As Barista Lead, you will serve coffee, tea, and espresso based beverages to guests and tenants of the Bell Works office park. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Delivering excellent guest service with a professional demeanor.
- Dialing in coffee to the best tasting parameters (and tasting those parameters daily).
- Pouring Latte Art in Espresso Beverages.
- Creating drinks to our company standards.
- Completing opening/closing and mid-shift checklist.
- Ensuring a high level of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety..
- Managing ordering product, inventory, and waste.
- Create a unique atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty .
Qualifications and Expectations:
- Experience working as a barista on a manual espresso machine.
- Working knowledge of specialty coffee and desire to gain additional skills and experience.
- Self starter and independent minded operators are a must
- Ability to have effortless conversations, high comfort level interacting with team and guests.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Consistent desire to improve and grow with the business.
Pay:
$16/hr tips
