We’d love to hear from you. About the position: This position encompasses two major areas: Travel Management, and Procurement support. About the department: The US Procurement team supports procurement, vendor risk, and travel management activities for the US and Mexico City offices. Responsibilities : Manage travel service provider and support employee travel following internal policies. Manage misc. services such as employee credit cards, subscriptions, black car service. Manage contract review and monitoring process for third party vendors, e.g., Statements of Work for temporary consultants. Support maintenance of complete and accurate vendor / contract databases. Support vendor onboardings and vendor due diligence. Participate in vendor and global service meetings. Qualifications and Competencies Undergraduate degree 3 years of prior work experience Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word Analytic thinker, highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple / shifting priorities Experience with Contract Lifecycle, and/or Vendor Management database systems is a plus Spanish and/or Portuguese speaker is a plus Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 ING is a committed equal opportunity employer.
