KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing support Level 1 to end users
KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES / INDICATORS:
Operate at the first level of service to the end user seeking to recover the services that were interrupted or solve the problems presented. When this solution requires more than a few hours of service, the call should be escalated to the next level.
Perform activities related to the maintenance of Active Directory;
Receive technical assistance from IT suppliers, others, in the case of preventive and corrective maintenance, scheduling the day and time for its execution, in order to guarantee the correct operation of machinery and equipment;
Keep information regarding IT assets up to date;
Respect the processes and procedures established for the IT area;
Search for the constant updating of Ingenico's software and applications, according to the company's needs and / or attending to communications coming from the France Headquarters.
COMPETENCY / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Effective written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Assertive communication.
Capable of conducting work autonomously and deliver on-time in a demanding commercial environment: manage time and set priorities.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
Good knowledge in MS tools, internet, network, AD.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
MS tools certifications
College degree
4 years of experience in end-to-end support.
