Ingerman Construction Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in the Maryland (Annapolis) and Delaware (Wilmington) region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and be the Lead Project Manager on assigned projects. The use of Procore project management software and experience with having built ground up Multi-Family wood frame construction projects is a must.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Manage each projects budget and schedule
Oversee multiple construction projects in the Maryland and Delaware region
Manage Multi-Family Wood frame construction projects from sitework through final certificate of occupancy
Utilize Procore Project Management software for efficient project management
Coordinate construction permitting processes and AIA Certificates for Payments each month
Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team and clients
Uphold and contribute to a strong corporate culture
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must live within the Maryland and Delaware region, with a home base office in Wilmington, DE
Detailed knowledge of Procore Project Management software
Experience in scheduling Multi-Family Wood frame construction projects
Familiarity with construction permitting processes and AIA Certificates for Payment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor Degree Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent education and experience.
At least 5-7 years of construction management experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team.
Ability to work independently.
Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook, MS Project (preferred).
Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
