Job Details:
- Part-Time (6-10 hours a week)
- Will need to work every other weekend.
- Hours are 8:00am to 2:00pm /2:00pm to 8:00am on weekends (and the occasional 4:00pm to 8:00pm on weekdays).
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
- Working knowledge or computers, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.
- Will need to pass physical requirements, COVID 19 and MMR vaccinated, background check and drug testing
Responsibilities are:
- Receive and direct residents to their intended destination, providing information and referral as necessary, in a positive and pleasant manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Interacting with and assisting residents as appropriate and needed.
- Receive, address and/or transfer all resident inquiries in a gracious and efficient manner.
- General support for Administration offices.
- Communicate all resident, family, guest and prospective resident needs to the appropriate department.
- Ensure out-going mail is ready for pick up. Receive, open, date and distribute all mail as assigned.
- Establish communication with other Receptionists through the keeping of an updated Communication Binder and monitor any resident issues that need immediate attention.

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees are screened at the beginning of their shift at the Front Desk, required to wear a mask and are required to be fully COVID19 Vaccinated per NYS DOH regulations. Additional PPE's are also available when needed.
