Pay Starts at $24 /hr.

Cycle Count Coordinator

Princeton, IL

Job Summary
This position is responsible for the following: counting, reconciling, extracting and inputting data relative to the cycle count program the Princeton Facility and any of its related business units.

Responsibilities
*Will perform Daily Cycle Counts, input results, and gain approval for adjustments. At the rate/volume necessary to achieve yearly total to be eligible for physical inventory exemption.
*Will resolve picking discrepancies and communicate results to the responsible functions for orders to be adjusted to reflect actual inventory positions.
*Partner with other areas of the business to drive process improvements as needed.
*Perform problem solving for discrepancies by recounting and tracking the history of the movement of product.
*Investigate complaints pertaining to short shipments and picking errors to determine the impact on inventory levels and customer satisfaction.
*Follow all applicable company policies and procedures.
*Perform other duties as assigned by management.
*Must have positive attitude with the ability to contribute and work with the team.

Basic Qualifications
*High school diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and/or equivalent work experience
*Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details.
*Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill.
*Proven team player.
*Standing and/or walking for entire shift and ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
*Bending and/or stooping repeatedly throughout shift
*Be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment and lift up to 50 lbs.


Key Competencies
*Previous Material Handling experience (cherry/reach lift experience preferred)
*Excellent planning and organizational skills.
*Excel Proficiency
*SAP Proficiency
