The Company
Ingles Markets began in 1963 as a single supermarket and has since grown into a regional grocery store chain with just under 200 retail locations operating in 6 southeastern states, a 1.6-million-square foot distribution center, two truck fleets, and a milk processing plant.
The Position
Our baggers are responsible for providing customers with great customer service and the most accurate and efficient checkout experience possible. Baggers provide carry out service to customer vehicles without asking and ensure that the shift contributes to the financial best interests of the store.
The Candidate
Ideal candidates will possess interpersonal and communication skills which will allow them to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of productivity, and complying with all safety and sanitation procedures; related experience is a plus.
