What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Maintenance position at Ingram Content Group?
Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Maintenance Manager to contribute to our Operations team in La Vergne, TN.
The Maintenance Manager manages the daily operations of the La Vergne Distribution Center Maintenance functions. The Maintenance Manager oversees the scheduling of associate hours, daily work assignments, assigning of projects and monitors performance for Maintenance Team. Manages and provides preventative maintenance and repairs for all equipment and fixed assets in the facility based on Manufacturer Specifications. Contracts vendors to perform quotes and contractual repairs. Communicates with the Management staff on issues impacting production. Provides advanced troubleshooting and repair for all equipment. Develops training plans to help and assist in the advancement of associate knowledge in all functions of the Maintenance Department.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Certified mobile equipment technician
- 3-5 years hands on experience with electronic controls
- 3-5 years experience with mechanical repairs to conveyors and mobile equipment
- 3-5 years experience with fleet management and OSHA compliance
- 1-2 years experience developing budgets
Key Responsibilities:
- Contracts vendors to perform contractual repairs for rolling stock
- Provides advanced troubleshooting and repairs for advanced electronic controls
- Provides warehouse safety management
- Manages cost control
- Produces reports
- Recommends and evaluates future equipment
- Manages yearly budget
- Develops training plans for associates
- Supervises maintenance department associates.
