Under general supervision this position is is responsible for hiring qualified Commercial Drivers.
Work Location: 2003 FM 1516, Converse Texas, possible relocation to 3580 FM 482 New Braunfels, TX
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8-5
Essential Job Functions
- Call or email candidates
- Explain Benefits candidates
-Explain pay to candidates
-Explain Pay Rate
-Explain Job duties required to be hired by company
-Process Motor Vehicle Reports, FMCSA, on candidates
-Send candidates to Medical Clinics to begin Pre-employment process
-Follow up with plant to ensure candidates showed for first day of employment
