Core Responsibilities
- Develop the market share for US/CA and conduct competitive intelligence research to identify opportunities to differentiation.
- Track monthly imports to US & CA to identify potential opportunities and risk to our business.
- Support the implementation of the customer segmentation in US/CA to help the G2M team to define and prioritize growth and divesting opportunities.
- Develop monthly reports to improve volume, NS and GP tracking to ensure alignment of Sales with Customer commitments and decision making.
- Monitoring the Strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Support the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program with analysis to identify potential impact to the F&I Business
- Support Industry categories analysis to provide the F&II team accurate and valuable information about the market value and trends to anticipate needs of existing and prospective customers.
- Help the F&II leadership team to develop internal and external presentation to positioning Ingredion as a Trusted Preferred partner.
- Support the coordination of market research with external partners and analyze outcomes.
- Cross functional collaboration with sales, marketing, strategy, finance team to align with category positioning and sales targets. Act as a subject matter expert on customers and competitors’ intelligence to provide guidance to stakeholders.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a B2B customer intelligence, financial analysis, market research, or related roles.
- Proven proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite Software Programs (Excel, Visual Basic Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze large data bases
- Possess strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Developed presentation skills along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Results orientation with a sense of urgency and deep curiosity to diagnose problems and find solutions.
- Strong external and customer focus and approaches business situations with an outside-in perspective.
- Manage market research platforms (Euromonitor, Innova etc)
- Strong focus on detail and quality of deliverables.
- Highest ethical standards and ability to safeguard confidential information.
- Highly collaborative and able to work well in teams
- Embrace changes and are open to new ideas and approaches
