Job Description Summary
The Account Manager role is mid- level Client Success position. As an Account Manager, the candidate will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for managing a book of business of approximately $500-750,000 in annual revenue.
What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Oversight of all aspects of the ETP Production.
- Oversight of all aspects of ETS App programming, training and implementation.
- Building and maintaining relationships with the clients assigned to them.
- Fostering client relationships to aid in application expansion
- Keeping clients aware and engaged on ETS application offerings and upgrades
- Proactively engaging clients to ensure application usage is maintained
- Researching client base to see how building operations are run at the property and what software (if not ETS) is being used.
- Able to provide, if requested, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for each client assigned to them, including but not limited to ETP production progress, client contact out reach, training activities, edit activities and all other account activities
What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a proactive, customer-facing role (B2B and SaaS experience a plus)
- Exceptional telephone communication skills.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to pay attention to details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a team or work autonomously.
- Ability to take initiative, be pleasantly assertive and bestow confidence.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Adobe, Mac OSX, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Internet.
- Sales Force experience a plus.
