Job Description Summary

As the Senior Onboarding Manager, you play a vital role in our growing company. We have an innovative, fast-moving team that is continuously pushing out new features, always striving to learn and innovate. If you like this kind of environment, then we would love to have you on the LiveRez team.

What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

  • Drives engagement and builds rapport with team
  • Coach, onboard and evaluate new team members
  • Develops/recommends proactive plans to improve department processes
  • Review and analyze data and calls on a regular basis to ensure all members of the team are following internal processes
  • Responsible for de-escalating client issues or escalating accordingly
  • Works with General Manager to communicate and explain new directives, policies, or procedures to team
  • Helps write up and maintain team SOP's
  • Helps to positively influence client satisfaction scores through defining internal policy and procedural changes
  • Accountable for contributing to raising overall client retention goals during onboarding
  • Participates in various projects as needed, including but not limited to, client outreach programs and process improvement projects (Projects range in time and workload)
  • Works with General Manager to perform regular QA checks and reports results
  • Attends and facilitates meetings (daily, weekly, monthly, and impromptu)
  • Leverages a motivational management style to build and retain high-performance collaboration teams
  • Is an active participant in product development as applicable by providing a client driven approach to create maximum value to the client and the greatest revenue return to LiveRez
  • Ability to troubleshoot client and employee questions
  • Collaborate with other teams and upper management to become familiar with new clients, product enhancements, and procedures to ensure they are accurately represented in training materials
  • Prepare and give presentations as needed
Qualifications

What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)

Preferred:

  • 3 years training experience.
  • 2 years of vacation rental industry experience
  • 4 leadership experience

Required:

  • Saas Onboarding Experience
  • Professionalism and clarity in your verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listener, communicator, and presenter.
  • Approachable, coachable and willing to learn as well as coaches others.
  • Experienced in dealing with difficult clients but with a win-win friendly personality approach to the solution.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams within Onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for Partners

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
