A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER
The Chief Growth Officer leads IMA’s sales, advertisement/ branding and marketing channels. The primary responsibilities include revenue growth through patient acquisition and creating brand awareness through internal and marketing tactics.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly and indirectly supervises employees within the Sales and Marketing departments.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years’ proven success in Medicare Advantage (MA) Strategic patient acquisition and retention
- 5 years proven success in FMO business processes and compliance requirements
- Deep knowledge of the central Florida MA market Ability to lead and persuade in a matrix environment
- Understanding of CRM systems and reporting capabilities
- Established payor and broker relationship
- Patient Centric
- Team builder and team player
- Excellent at Relationship Building
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills
- Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals
- Regularly produces and presents reports with in-depth knowledge of data analysis
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to successfully provide guidance to your team
- Must have a vast knowledge of current marketing trends
- Excellent presentation skills
- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing techniques and platforms
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field or equivalent experience
- Additional marketing and sales certifications are a plus
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
