Our company is seeking a skilled, highly detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our office team. The responsibilities of this position include checking and reconciling accounts, recording transactions, processing expenses, calculating payroll, assisting with tax preparation and working in close conjunction with managerial staff.
Responsibilities:
- Quickbooks management ( data entry , record maintenance, report generation, invoicing, etc.)
- Accounts Payable
- Maintain financial records.
- Process checks, credit card charges, and payroll checks.
- Provide financial reports to management and staff.
- Process invoices and prepare bank deposits in a timely manner.
- Communicate with various departments for more information about accounts.
- Purchase office supplies for the company.
- Manage phone calls (costumers, vendors, service providers)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
