Direct care staff to help 2 developmentally disabled individuals with their daily life skills in an Austin Group Home. Assist with self cares, cooking, cleaning, medication administration, in-home and community activities.
Open Positions Include: PT Awake Overnights
Prefer current MN driver's license with good driving record. Must pass background check.
$17.00/hour plus Shift Differentials, OC Bonuses and up to $3,000 Hire Bonus.
Retirement Plan with company match and PTO for qualifying positions after 90 days.
We provide extensive training for all direct care staff positions, including medication administration, CPR/1st Aid, orientation to individual plans, and supervised on-the-floor training.
