Key Responsibilities
- Event Logistics: Assist in coordinating all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation arrangements.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure services and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for events.
- Event Promotion: Assist in developing promotional materials and strategies to attract attendees to events, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and advertising.
- On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, and coordination of event activities.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and requirements. Provide updates and seek approvals throughout the event planning process.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
