About the Role
Own the Big Picture Strategy
- Lead new business initiatives and oversee the financial performance of the creative team, including budget management.
- Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes to ensure Initium Health delivers cutting-edge campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine workflows, manage design development dependencies, and liaise effectively with clients.
Manage Creative Team & Core Processes
- Partner with project managers, account managers, and marketing operations to scope and execute new campaigns.
- Prioritize resources and project timelines to meet both short-term objectives and long-term strategic goals.
- Direct a diverse creative team, including in-house and freelance talent, in developing strategic messaging and deliverables.
- Foster a culture of creative excellence and set standards for design processes and development.
- Maintain a roster of skilled freelancers to support ongoing project needs.
Lead Creative Direction & Execution
- Utilize behavioral data and insights to guide user experiences and enhance engagement across digital platforms.
- Provide clear, strategic direction for messaging, brand standards, and creative concepts across various marketing channels.
- Review and refine creative work to ensure alignment with strategy, offering constructive feedback to enhance quality.
- Drive innovative approaches that transform complex ideas into compelling integrated content.
- Present campaign concepts persuasively to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their objectives.
About You
- Proficient in design principles, messaging strategies, brand positioning, and color theory.
- Skilled in translating complex concepts into compelling client narratives.
- Provide guidance and feedback that empowers creative teams to excel without micromanagement.
- Collaborative approach with researchers and public health experts to understand target audience dynamics.
- Able to balance brand integrity with innovative strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
- Decisive and quick to make informed decisions when necessary.
