As an HR Business Partner at IEHP, you will play a vital role in supporting and aligning human resources strategies with the organization's mission and goals.
This role will build trusted relationships with their functional leaders while understanding their own unique business needs, use data to proactively identify issues and provide thoughtful recommendations, and support the execution of strategic and culture initiatives to increase company engagement and productivity while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
With your expertise, you will help drive organizational success and support IEHP's mission to provide exceptional healthcare services.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field of Human Resources, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and principles is required. Additionally, successful applicants should have at least three (3) years of direct experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting multiple business units within an organization.

- Business Acumen: Knowledge of the organization's industry, operations, and strategic goals to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

- Change Management: Expertise in guiding organizational change, including restructuring and process enhancements.
- Performance Management: Knowledge of performance appraisal systems and strategies to drive employee growth and development.
- Conflict Resolution: Skills in mediating and resolving workplace conflicts professionally and constructively.
- Diversity and Inclusion: An understanding of diversity and inclusion principles to create an inclusive work environment.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and contribute HR insights to the organization's overall strategy.
- Ethical Standards: A commitment to ethical HR practices and maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters.
