As a full-time Drafter in the Permitting Department you will be expected to complete a variety of tasks efficiently and accurately after your completed training and review of the guidelines of the Permits Departments Procedures Guide. These tasks include but are not limited to: drafting excavation and traffic control plans that meet IES standards, client expectations, all engineering and safety guidelines; as well as, the drafting standards of their respected jurisdiction(s). Fully updating all information on company and client project trackers as related to Drafting. Communicate effectively and respectfully with all IES employees, clients and associates. You will be expected to maintain regular attendance and consistency in quality and quantity of work. Finally, you will be expected to conform to all IES policies and procedures not listed herein.
