Leading digital media company located in Clarence, NY looking to hire a web developer to join our on-site skilled team of programmers in creating and maintaining a variety of solutions including but not limited to digital signage, interactive self-service systems, web-based CMS, graphic creation software and other software/hardware integrated solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex frontends with a focus on user experience.
- Design, build and maintain API infrastructure that allows for standard integration methodology between applications.
- Develop and maintain backend systems.
- Communicate technical ideas and set direction on projects with a focus on solving business challenges.
Preferred Experience:
- Professional web design experience.
- Strength in Java, JSP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Spring boot, Angular and other JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of building restful APIs for internal and external products.
- Experience operating at all levels of the stack, debugging problem from UI to backend systems.
