What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment Specialist (part-time) position at Inline Vape?
Warehouse Staff
The Inline Vape warehouse serves a variety of functions, the primary being maintaining and fulfilling orders for 12 physical retail locations across Michigan. The job also includes:
- Shipping retail orders from our online retail websites.
- Checking in and putting away new product orders
- Inventory Audits and maintenance
- Interacting with retail stores to fulfill needs
Positions are available for both entry level and experienced candidates. We are more importantly looking for someone who is hardworking, punctual, and takes direction well.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Following daily/weekly tasks lists set forth by the supervisors
- Fulfilling all Inline Vape Retail Store needs
- Online Customer service and order fulfillment for retail customers
- Checking in new product orders for the warehouse
- Maintaining inventory with accurate check ins and inventory audits
Preferred Skills:
- Good communication with your supervisors and collegues
- Punctuality
- Product knowledge is a plus, but a willingness to learn is OK too
- Attention to detail
