Contribute to the overall success of The Inn at Ocean’s Edge by maintaining the performance, upkeep, general repair, and improvement of our grounds, pool/hot tub and buildings. Perform such maintenance tasks in a professional and timely manner so as to minimize the visibility of any defect to the guests, and to ensure their confidence in the business and the comfort of their stay. Ensure the execution of clean, well-groomed facilities, without defect or damage, overseeing the proper care and general repair of all grounds, the Pool, Poolhouse, Main Inn, Hilltop, promoting a safe environment and quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. Must have carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills as well as in-depth knowledge of proper use and maintenance of power tools and equipment. Must have completed Certified Pool/Spa Operator certification (or willingness to complete). Strong leadership and motivation required. Seasonal position with year-round possibility.
