Requirements
As the Food and Beverage Manager…
In this role you will work with our friendly Food and Beverage Team members to create culinary masterpieces for our guests to enjoy.
· Plan, prep, set-up and provide quality food production for our outlets, including our Club Level Suites and Pool Bar
· Provide guests with outstanding service, including special requests
· Manage the food and beverage team, including the Culinary, Club Level and Pool Bar Teams
-Work cross-functionally with the Sales and Catering Teams to execute events for guests
· Possess a working knowledge on standard procedures/policies concerning food collection, preparation, presentation, sanitation, and storage
-Ensure that the Inn on Fifth is compliant with all regulatory requirements for the Culinary and Serving teams

You own it if you have....
· A minimum of five years culinary experience
· Have the ability to manage a team
· Knowledge and practical experience in meal planning and preparation
· Ability to communicate in a professional and friendly manner with staff and guests (bilingual in English/Spanish)
· The ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, and lift up to 25 pounds
