Position Details:

• Hours: 30 hours per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs: 2pm - 8:30 pm; Fri: 12 noon - 7pm; Sat: 12 noon - 5:30 pm)
• Flexibility: Must be flexible to support other staff when needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Detailed scheduling and appointment management
• Client check-in and check-out
• Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service
• Supporting spa service providers and ensuring smooth operations
• Handling inventory processes efficiently while cultivate vendor relationships
• Supervise email correspondence, online bookings, and gift card sales with precision and professionalism.
• Closing duties and spa preparation for the next shift
• Collaborating closely with the Owner and Assistant Office Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery
