Our Fortune 500 client is seeking an experienced, self-motivated full-time Remote Recruiter who has exceptional communication skills!
Key Responsibilities - Remote Recruiter
- Partner with the Lead Talent Acquisition team member to support ad hoc salaried recruiting responsibilities for the teams
- Responsible for sourcing, phone screening and presenting qualified candidates to the Lead Talent Acquisition team member
- Create talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools for positions across assigned openings
- Flexible to consider Full or part-time hours (min 20 hours/week)

Education and Experience - Remote Recruiter
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly desired
- Experience in a customer focused work environment; recruiting or Human Resources experience highly desired
- Experience using Applicant Tracking or other CRM or HR systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
