Security / Technology Sales Executive
Innova NW is a rapidly growing security and technology company that provides complete solutions to primarily Business and Commercial clients but also serves the Residential market as required. We are looking to recruit a driven, resilient, self-starting Sales Executive who would thrive in a career in an exciting and growing industry. You will report directly to the General Manager.
Current plans are to expand our footprint in the greater Oregon market as well as Washington. Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with General and Electrical contractors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customer
Cultivate leads through marketing, cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals
Maintain high closing percentage on company generated leads
Quality checks to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
Based out of the Portland office, must be willing to travel to the McMinnville office 1-2 times per week.
Estimate jobs and follow up with customers
Work collaboratively with McMinnville office team members
Effectively present Electronic Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Alarms, Fire/Life Safety Systems, IP Based Intercoms, Mass Notification, Gun Shot Detection, and other critical systems to our marketplace.
Job Qualifications
2-5 years of work experience in a sales role
Experience in the Security / Low Voltage preferred
Must have exceptional attention to detail
Must be an initiative-taker and driven
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required
Skilled in time management, self-starting, and able to anticipate the needs of the executive staff
Comfortable selling small and large projects
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flexibility, including occasional availability to be responsive to email in off-hours and weekend
Excellent communication and people skills
Professional demeanor and presentation
Fluent in Spanish a plus
Clean driving record and valid Driver’s License
