This is a sales operations role, responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of sales initiatives for client's publications and direct mail throughout the sales continuum. The Advertising Services Associate's primary responsibilities include but are not limited to processing and managing insertion orders, ensuring ad placement accuracy, tracking positioning details, reviewing editorial and layout review.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the fulfilment of sales initiatives for our publications and direct mail throughout the sales continuum.
- The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, deadline driven professional that is a team player as well as an independent self-starter.
- This candidate should encompass excellent communication skills, proficient in Excel and Salesforce, has the ability to multitask with accuracy, work well under pressure, and has exceptional organizational skills, paired with a strong work ethic.
- Magazine Publishing experience is strongly requested.
Ideal Candidate will have: Excel, Salesforce, reviewing editorial and layout review, Magazine Publishing experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*:$35/hr - $40/hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
