Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Assembler.

Position Type : Contract

Duration : 12 Months

Location : Tempe Arizona

As an Assembler , you will responsible for :

• Tube Assembly Assemblers perform day to day production activities by using most current procedures in order to maintain production schedules
• In an ultra-cleanroom environment, use tools and equipment properly to assemble products.
• Use of bunny suits, rubber finger cots, smocks, and rubber gloves to work with alcohol, alkali powders such as aluminum, tungsten, sodium, potassium, cesium silicon, cesium chromate, and acids.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Participate in training activities to develop, maintain and improve job skills.
• Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
• Identify and corrects non-conforming part.

Available Shifts :

• 1 Shift 1A (Sun, Mon, Tue e / o Wed 5am - 5pm)
• 2 Shift 1B (Thu, Fri, Sat e / o Wed 5am - 5pm)
• 3 Shift 1B (Thu, Fri, Sat e / o Wed 5am - 5pm)

The ideal candidate will have :

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
• Read drawings / blueprints / work instructions
• Related manufacturing work experience : 1-3 years
• Must be able to wear clean room attire and work in a clean room
• Ability to become familiar with SPC (Statistical Process Control)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : $17 - $18.50 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
