Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Service Now Analyst
Position type: Full-Time - Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Philadelphia, PA
As a ServiceNow Analyst, you will be:
- Responsible for serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
- Translating high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications.
- Demonstrating expertise in the business unit (s) Collaborates with the business community, IT, Vendor, and other stakeholders to elicit, organize, and clarify the project objectives.
- Collaborating with business partners to ensure technology outcomes aligns with the overall business strategy.
- Determining business requirements by working with business clients and in discussions with Business Architecture, IT and Vendors (or cross-functional technical teams) to document and captures the appropriate risk, issues, scope, or changes to requirements.
- Eliciting requirements via standard methods such as brainstorming, document analysis, focus group, interface analysis, interview, observation, prototyping, requirement workshops, JAD sessions, etc.
- Providing standard requirements analysis and documentation including structures requirements and business model domains, analysis of user requirements and functional requirements, Quality of Service Requirements, Assumptions and Constraints, Data and Behavior models, process flow and usage models.
- Performing investigation, evaluation, and documentation of system design findings.
- Assuring that users understand business system functions.
- Creating and applying diagrams that represent the flow, the process and the transformation of data within various systems.
The ideal candidate will have:
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in ServiceNow basic modules like incident, problem, knowledge, change, and request management.
- Requirement gathering, various testing, demo/training, virtual task board, Agile (Kanban knowledge preferred), automation test framework preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50.00 to $57.00/ per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
