Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Supply Chain Coordinator.
Position type: Full time / Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will:
- Responsible as group function to provide administrative support to the Parts Logistics Operations team, specifically Material Master, Critical Supply although will support other Parts Logistics Operations teams as capacity allows.
- Responsible as a group function to execute clear communication activities with all internal, external, and international stakeholders regarding parts supply for all Technical Actions.
- Responsible as a group function to provide all dealers timely support in ordering and allocating parts.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Candidate needs to have experience with SAP data entry tools and experience using a Parts Catalog within automotive industries.
- Must have 4-5 years’ experience in inventory management, supply chain operations or logistics, Automotive experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Vocational certification/relevant experience in Auto Industry.
- Candidate must have Automotive Industry experience – knowing car parts and worked at/with a Dealer.
- Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills / data analysis experience.
- Should be familiar with SAP data entry and advanced formulas in Excel. Must be highly organized and self-sufficient and a clear communicator

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $37 - $41 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
