Do you like working in a fast-paced, production/office-like environment without the stress of being on your feet!? We are hiring immediately for Part-Timel Donation Processing Representatives supporting non profit organizations in our Milford, NH office. This is a perfect job for someone who is detail-oriented and has basic computer knowledge. We will train you, no experience needed!
We are offering second shift positions!
We work Monday through Friday with potential to work extended hours and Saturdays, if needed. Opportunity to make overtime!
Responsibilities:
- Open and scan mail that comes in from our Nonprofits
- Ability to learn and operate a Mail Opening Machine - on the job training! Easy to learn!
- Report mail issues and/or equipment problems to your supervisor
- Maintain accurate piece count and report daily to the supervisor.
The Donation Processing Representative effectively meets production goals to satisfy the deadlines of our clients while upholding a high level of quality and commitment to Innovairre. The ideal candidate for this position has fluent English speaking and reading/writing skills, can adapt easily between working individually and being a team player, along with maintaining the daily standards that are upheld by the staff.
