The Principal Product Manager will act as the primary resource and driver for design, process development, and marketing of product(s) throughout the product lifecycle. He/she will be responsible for orchestrating interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of product/release on schedule and in budget.

Essential Functions:

• Analyze and integrate external customer specifications, technical capabilities and justify product direction
• Define, execute, and communicate the product strategy to support iA’s strategic growth objectives
• Engage with iA’s customers to develop, participate, and run focus groups to understand customer needs and expectations
• Define and analyze critical metrics to inform decision making & measure success
• Understand what a great product looks like, create a product roadmap to support our business strategy, go-to-market plans, and customer-first mindset
• Capture detailed product requirements and define the roadmap for the offering to maximize customer adoption and customer value
• Collaborate with technology leaders and extended technology and engineering teams to build market-differentiating capabilities
• Maintain a customer-focused orientation and drive same within the product organization
• Define NEXIA analytics agenda and work with team to release MVP functionality and drive customer value
• Lead, manage and mentor a team of product managers/data analysts and related staff
• Product lifecycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across all products/product lines
• Lead, define, represent, and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders
• Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities working closely with technology counterparts
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics to measure customer value
• Provide release documentation for any new features/functions released during the quarterly release

Basic Qualifications

• 7 years of product management experience with at least 3 years of experience in leading analytics product line
• Understanding of market landscape, tools and approaches to build and launch new analytical offerings
• Proven experience with Business Intelligence/Analytics technology stack built using cloud services
• Experience in building and launching analytical offerings on cloud using real time data
• Ability to quickly iterate and launch new offerings with leading customers
• Understanding of customer engagement KPIs and ability to drive relevant product investment
• Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels
• Strategic and tactical thinker – ability to identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts, and then organize thematic work areas in detail, aligning long term vision with iterative execution
• Team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Pharmacy/Healthcare vertical
• 25% travel
• Flexible work schedule
