Position Description:
As a Cost Controller at Innovation Medical Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our financial resources. You'll be responsible for monitoring costs, analyzing financial data, and ensuring efficient budget management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Monitoring: Continuously track and analyze costs related to projects, operations, and various departments, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Develop, implement, and manage budgets for different business units and projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to compare actual costs to budgeted costs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, cost analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Forecasting: Contribute to financial forecasting and planning, providing valuable input for strategic decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance cost control procedures and operational efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, conducting audits as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cost control, financial analysis, or budget management, preferably in [industry] or a related sector.
